The Fund promotes environmental or social characteristics and has partial sustainable investments as its objective. The Fund integrates ESG factors and risk in the investment process alongside traditional factors. The Fund invests in China A-Shares issued by companies based in, or having a significant exposure to, mainland China (the People’s Republic of China, or PRC). The fund is actively managed. The portfolio construction and security selection process are based on the Investment Manager’s fundamental view of the equity markets, while taking into account ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) criteria. The fund also aims for lower carbon intensity than the benchmark and restricts investment in issuers involved in controversial activities. The fund may invest up to 100% of its net assets via Stock Connect; this is the Chinese market access program facilitating foreign equity investment in selected locally traded securities. Other than directly investing in equity of companies, the fund may also invest in other financial instruments. The fund uses the MSCI China A Onshore (NR) index only as benchmark for financial performance comparison and relative risk comparison. The index is not used for portfolio construction. The risk and return profile of the fund can deviate substantially from that of the index. You can sell your participation in this fund on each (working) day on which the value of the units is calculated, which for this fund occurs daily. The fund aims at providing you with a regular dividend.
