The anticipated tracking error has been calculated using historical data and therefore may not capture all factors that will impact a Strategy’s actual performance against its reference index. Derivatives risk - The strategy’s use of derivatives (including options, forwards, swaps, options on swaps, structured securities and other derivative instruments) may result in losses. Prepayment risk is the risk that the issuer of a security may pay off principal more quickly than originally anticipated.
