The Fund attempts to provide investors with core exposure to US large-cap companies. With a modest tilt towards higher dividend yielding stocks, the Fund also maintains portfolio sector and industry weights similar to that of the S&P 500 Index.

Index call options are used in the portfolio in an attempt to generate additional return. The premiums received from selling these options may allow the strategy to outperform the benchmark in negative to moderate markets, while still partially participating in exuberant markets.
